I’m Audrey, a certified nutrition coach with a background in nutritional science, exercise physiology, and psychology. By blending these disciplines, I support women in achieving lasting change that extends beyond food choices.

My approach integrates the science of nutrition, the movement of the body, and the discipline of the mind to restore wholeness. This framework is designed to nourish every aspect of you- mind, body, and soul- so you can experience lasting health and the fullness of joy.
