  • I believe that health is not simply the absence of disease but the alignment of body, mind, and spirit. With a foundation in nutrition science, I provide practical, evidence-based strategies that nourish at the cellular level. This includes restoring balance to hormones, supporting gut health, and regulating metabolism while honoring your spirit and unique story.

Over time, I became deeply convicted that true wellness is not found in quick fixes or surface solutions but in whole foods, intentional rhythms, and personalized care that respect the body’s God given capacity to heal at the root. I founded Nutrition by Audrey to move beyond the limitations of conventional models and to offer a proactive and sustainable path to health, one that helps women rise above survival mode and live with clarity, energy, and purpose.

  • I believe each of us is created in the image of God, designed with intention, and called to a specific purpose. When we nourish our bodies, the temples of the Holy Spirit, and align mind, body, and soul, we position ourselves to live fully in the joy, freedom, and abundance He desires for us.

My coaching combines scientific insight with practical application, equipping you to nourish deeply, build resilience, and create sustainable rhythms that reflect both your needs and your values. This is not only about better health. It is about stepping into the fullness of life you were created to live.

  • My passion for nutrition began when I was just fourteen. I was fascinated by the connection between what we eat and how we feel, and equally aware that everyone has a unique relationship with food. Early on, I believed foods were either “good” or “bad,” and I often restricted myself in pursuit of a certain appearance, only to feel more depleted than before. Despite my discipline, I struggled with frequent headaches, trouble focusing, and brain fog that left me feeling disconnected from a vibrant, purposeful life.

As I leaned into curiosity rather than control, I began to discover the intention behind whole, nourishing foods, not just for physical health but for supporting the intricate systems God designed in each of us. I came to see that food is more than fuel; it is a tool to restore, energize, and sustain the body for a life of meaning and impact. I also began to understand that every body is biologically unique, with specific needs, rhythms, and design.

The more I learned, the more frustrated I became with the confusing and often misleading health messages in the media. I was disheartened by the artificial additives in processed foods and the wellness industry’s disregard for how nutrition affects long-term vitality.

This passion led me to study Exercise Science and Psychology at Hope College, where I saw firsthand the deep integration between body, mind, soul, and strength. After graduation, I continued my studies in nutrition science and physiology, driven by a clear mission to equip others with a holistic, practical, and faith-rooted approach to health.

Starting my own practice was a natural step. I wanted to work proactively, free from the limitations of conventional systems, and create meaningful, one-on-one relationships with clients. Nutrition by Audrey was born from a deep conviction that we are made in God’s holy design, and our health should reflect that truth.

  • My hope is to see women experience true transformation, healing that begins at the cellular level and radiates through every part of life. I want women to understand their bodies with confidence, to recognize the wisdom of their cycles and systems, and to know how to nourish themselves in a way that restores balance, vitality, and strength. Food is not meant to be a source of confusion or shame, but a gift from God that sustains, heals, and brings joy.

More than anything, I long for women to define themselves not by cultural standards or personal struggles, but through the lens of God, their Creator. When identity is rooted in Him, health becomes more than a physical pursuit. It becomes a reflection of wholeness, freedom, and the abundant life we were designed to live.
